The story

Lindsay Mastro spent years navigating the modern woman good-girl track of degrees, certifications, marriage, home, motherhood, and a promising HR career before she finally had no choice but to stop avoiding the inevitable… the ghosts of the past and the present were tired of being ignored.

She opened a wellness center, started doing the work for spirit, moved her way out of corporate, fumbled through early entrepreneurship and finally founded a first-of-its-kind conscious HR agency.

With 15 years of experience in HR and Organizational Strategy, Lindsay possesses a deep understanding of the impact consciousness and intuition (or lack thereof) have on the workplace and its people.  Lindsay is on a mission to breathe life back into business by empowering leaders with a holistic and strategic approach to growth.  She helps the ambitious-yet-overwhelmed leader channel their inherent intuition to become stronger leaders and entrepreneurs.
